- Registration fee needs to be paid in full and prior to the event to confirm your booking.
- Registration fee 100% refundable if canceled 72 hours before the event, 50% if canceled 36 hours before the event and thereafter no refund will be provided.
- Rights to cancel the session solely lies with the organizer. In such an event, money will be refunded.
- Venue and date of the workshop can be changed post booking by the organizer under certain extreme, unavoidable circumstances.
- I am aware of my own health and physical condition, and having knowledge that my participation in any exercise program may be injurious to my health, am voluntarily participating in this workshop
- Having such knowledge, I hereby release Kravamagain from liability for accidental injury or illness which I may incur as a result of participating in the physical activity. I hereby assume all risks connected there with and hereby give consent to participate in the workshop.
- I agree to disclose any physical limitations, disabilities, ailments, or impairments which may affect my ability to participate in the workshop.
- I consent and grant permission to Kravmagain to use photographs of my image during the participation in the workshop for promotional purposes and use participants for demonstration.
- The participant has the right to say “NO” , but do inform the instructor before the start of the program.
- Right to remove lies with the instructor if the behavior is not found in the spirit of Krav Maga.
- Photography and videography not allowed by the participants.
- Subject to Mumbai jurisdiction
